Changes in the order of development, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of Tatarstan government programs

In order to improve the planning and development of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the introduction of the procedure for calculating their budget efficiency Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 24.10.2013 № 789 "On Amendments to the Procedure for the development, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of government programs of the Republic of Tatarstan , approved Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 31.12.2012 № 1199 "On approval of the design, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of government programs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the list of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan" . Resolution of the change has been made in the calculation of the mandatory exclusion of indicators characterizing the implementation of the State Programme on the basis of statistical evidence. This change is made to the fact that a number of measures of government programs calculation of indicators of the results of their implementation on the basis of statistical accounting is not possible.
