The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan sums up the licensing of procurement, storage , processing and sales of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for 9 months of the year. To date, the register of licenses including 86 licensees , 332 points on the harvesting and processing of scrap . The greatest number of points of harvesting and processing of scrap placed in the industrialized cities and regions of the republic. Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for the reporting period issued 13 licenses (5 applicants denied ) and 33 applications for licenses (10 applicants denied) ; reissued 12 licenses ( denied renewal applicants 3) . The grounds for refusal was the non- statutory licensing requirements .
