Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnaz Ismagilova took part in the international annual forum "Client-centricity in Public Administration 2024"

On October 16-17, 2024, the largest annual forum "Client-centricity in Public Administration 2024" was held at the RANEPA Presidential Academy.

The forum discussed the implementation of the federal project "The State for People" for 2024, within the framework of which measures are being taken to implement the principles of client-centricity.

The Forum ensures synchronization of the actions of the leadership of the federal project "State for People" with the activities of federal executive authorities and regions.

This year, the forum brought together more than 1,500 representatives of federal and regional authorities, governors, heads of municipalities, experts from the UAE, Serbia, South Africa, Brazil, etc.
