Tatarstan entrepreneurs will get free access to the electronic document management system for the national project

As part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", the My Business Center, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, opened the acceptance of applications for a service to provide free access to the electronic document management service (EDI) for one calendar year. In 2023, more than 200 entrepreneurs benefited from the program's support.

The specialists of the My Business Center noted the importance of digital document management services for entrepreneurs as a tool to reduce non-production costs, streamline and accelerate business processes.

The service includes access to a data transfer service and a package of outgoing documents for interaction with counterparties (up to 600 pieces) for a period of 1 year.

EDF allows one to:

• receive, create, process, and send documents digitally;
• maintain an archive, form a single database of documents;
• make transactions with counterparties from other cities;
• sign contracts outside the office;
• prepare packages of documents for reporting.

To participate in the support program from the My Business Center, you must apply on the SME.RF Digital platform.
