Free webinars for members of non-governmental organizations on issues of public participation in the procurement

In order to implement the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44 -FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods , works and services for state and municipal needs" NIU "Higher School of Economics" from October 15 to December 10, 2013 every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11.00 provides free online training on the introduction of new institutions of social control and participation in procurement procedures for state and municipal needs with experts from research institutions 'Higher school of economics' Association and the National institutes of purchases. To participate in webinars invited representatives of public organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan. As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
