The issue of improving the quality of RIA at the municipal level was considered at a meeting of the working group

At the next meeting of the working group on ensuring sustainable economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, the issue of improving the quality of regulatory impact assessment at the municipal level was considered.

Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a report on ensuring the effectiveness and quality of regulatory impact assessment at the municipal level. In her speech, she outlined the main tasks for municipal districts (urban districts):

to carry out regulatory impact assessment on a regular basis, expertise according to approved plans;

the summary reports on the regulatory impact assessment should include a description of alternative ways to solve the problem, calculations of the costs of the business community arising in connection with the introduced regulation;

to ensure that relevant sections of the sites are filled with up-to-date information on the results of the regulatory impact assessment.
