The SME Corporation provided partner banks with 60 billion rubles in the form of "umbrella" guarantees for lending to small and medium-sized businesses in the third quarter of 2024. This will allow entrepreneurs to attract at least 120 billion rubles of loans, said Alexander Isaevich, CEO of SME Corporation.

"The SME Corporation has brought to partner banks a new limit of its "umbrella" guarantees for the third quarter of this year. Their total amount amounted to 60 billion rubles, which, taking into account coverage of up to 50%, will allow small and medium-sized businesses to receive a total of at least 120 billion rubles from banks," Alexander Isaevich noted. — At the same time, out of the total amount of the allocated limit of "umbrella" guarantees, 10 billion rubles, in accordance with the requests of entrepreneurs, will be allocated to secure loans in the amount of up to 3 million rubles."

The limit of guarantees allocated by the SME Corporation in the third quarter is distributed among partner banks that will lend to small and medium-sized businesses under them. Among them are Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, Promsvyazbank, VTB, Sovcombank, Tinkoff Bank, Bank Saint Petersburg, Bank Levoberezhny and Absolut Bank. In total, 18 banks will work with the "umbrella" guarantees of the SME Corporation in the third quarter, including those that have previously allocated limits. These are RNKB, SME Bank, AK Bars, Zenit, Rosbank, Genbank, Uralsib, GPB and DOM.RF Bank.

Small and medium-sized businesses can also apply to regional banks with limits of "umbrella" guarantees: Center-invest, Kuban Credit, Finstar Bank, Khlynov Bank, Far Eastern Bank, Yenisei United Bank, Chelindbank, SGB, Novikombank, YUG-Investbank, Kuznetsky, Solid Bank, Altaykapitalbank, Expobank and CMRBank.

Umbrella guarantees are a state support tool that helps businesses solve the problem of lack or lack of collateral when applying to banks for financing. By covering up to 50% of the loan amount, guarantees allow entrepreneurs to successfully borrow from SME Corporation partners. These are both large federal and regional banks, which allows businesses to use "umbrella" guarantees even in virtually any corner of our country," added Alexander Isaevich.

Let us recall that the mechanism of "umbrella" guarantees was launched on behalf of President Vladimir Putin in 2021. It is being implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises". Guarantees provide up to 50% of the loan amount, their amount can reach 1 billion rubles with a loan term of up to 15 years.
