Amendments to the Federal Law "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities"

Esteemed licensees, please note that from September 1, 2013 started an amendment to the Federal Law of 04.05.2011 № 99-FZ "On licensing certain types of activities." The new edition of Part 3 of Article 8 paragraph 2 of the Act which states that license applicants and licensees must confirm the presence of workers with vocational education, with appropriate qualifications and (or) having a work experience needed to perform the licensed activity.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov paid a working visit to the Arsky Municipal district
