Nizhny Novgorod region was represented by the Council of Non-profit partnership "Nizhny Novgorod Association of low-rise construction" Shamil Mansurov, development director of "Eco-Grad" Edward Gavel and Advisor to the Chairman of the Regional Council of National Cultural Autonomy of Tatars Nizhegerodskoy region Yuri Chekryzhov.
