The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting of the Infrastructure Committee of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia

The extended meeting of the committee was held within the framework of the Russian Venture Forum. The meeting was moderated by AIRR Director Alexander Smekalin. Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Dinar Shakirov also took part in the meeting.

The meeting discussed the issues of restarting the existing innovation infrastructure in the regions, the development of scientific and technological centers and technological entrepreneurship, and talked about the tools to support innovations that are being implemented in Tatarstan.

President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Rifkat Minnikhanov greeted the participants of the meeting. He spoke about the tools to support innovations that are being implemented in Tatarstan.

Representatives of Russian regions made presentations. They shared their experience in supporting innovation in their regions and made proposals to improve the effectiveness of this work for further consideration at the federal level.

Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Dinar Shakirov also made a number of initiatives.
