Today, in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Republican competition commission - a collegial body , formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of the methodology of the responsibilities of the state order of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by representatives of pilot customers identified in the Republic of Tatarstan , for approval of certain provisions of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44 -FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods , works and services for state and municipal needs" . Participants of the meeting discussed the system of procurement in accordance with the new requirements of the law and the corresponding distribution of the powers of state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also during the meeting addressed the issue of the need to analyze customers' purchases of the republic through the appropriate information resource. According to the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the contract system at national level should be structured from the point of view of maximizing the efficiency of state and municipal orders .
