Seminar on improving the quality of regulatory impact assessment and expertise at the municipal level

April 23rd the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a video conference seminar on improving the quality of regulatory impact assessment and expertise at the municipal level.

The seminar-meeting was attended by representatives of local governments, in which the assessment of regulatory impact is mandatory in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Local Self-Government in the Republic of Tatarstan".

At the seminar-meeting, issues of methodology for conducting regulatory impact assessment and expertise at the municipal level were raised, the results of monitoring the quality of regulatory impact assessment in municipal districts (urban districts) of the republic in the first quarter of 2024 were announced, recommendations were made to eliminate the identified shortcomings, tasks were set for the second quarter of 2024.

Also during the event, the participants got acquainted with the best regional practices for conducting regulatory impact assessment at the municipal level.
