Support is available at all stages of the development of your own business — from teaching the basics of entrepreneurship to financing projects and their promotion.
The maximum increase in the volume of purchases from the self-employed was recorded in such areas as legal and accounting services, services in the field of creativity, art and entertainment, specialized construction work, rental of property and more.
Let us recall that self-employed citizens can participate in purchases under Federal Law 223 on the same terms as small and medium-sized businesses from April 1, 2020. Support for the self-employed is one of the key areas within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises". It was initiated by President Vladimir Putin and overseen by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov.
"The extension of preferences that small and medium-sized businesses have to the self-employed simplified the procedures for participation in procurement of the largest customers under Federal Law 223 and helped ensure an increase in the volume of purchases from them," said Alexander Isaevich, CEO of SME Corporation. — The total volume of purchases from the self-employed in the first quarter of 2024 increased by 160% compared to the same period in 2023 and exceeded 2.2 billion rubles. At the same time, the number of self-employed suppliers increased by 48%, their total number amounted to almost 2.9 thousand people."
