Manufacturer of import-substituting high-tech prostheses from Tatarstan expands production

Manufacturer of high-tech implants and instruments for traumatology, orthopedics and spinal surgery, Anatomica LLC (Kazan, Tatarstan) attracted leasing financing in the amount of 15.7 million rubles for the purchase of new machines. Additional equipment will allow the company to increase the annual output, including import-substituting products by 30 million rubles. Hip replacements are among the new types of products. The total investment in the development of production will amount to more than 336 million rubles. 

"The import substitution segment is actively growing. Our production is in this trend. We are already implementing a program to scale up the production of hip replacements. The production of knee joint endoprostheses is at the stage of launching industrial production, shoulder and ankle endoprostheses are being developed," said Almir Mikheev, founder of Anatomica LLC. He noted that state support measures are now in great demand and effectively help to launch new production.

Preferential leasing financing (with an increase in price from 1.9% per year for Russian-made equipment and from 2.6% per year for foreign-made equipment) can be received by an entrepreneur in the amount of 500 thousand rubles to 50 million rubles for a period of 13 months to 7 years. The payment of lease payments begins after the delivery of the equipment. When using the RGO guarantee, the initial payment will be 0% of the cost of the equipment. The application can be submitted remotely using the SME.RF digital platform.
