On March 20, a live broadcast dedicated to the implementation of the moratorium on inspections of entrepreneurs in the Republic of Tatarstan took place at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on the site of the department's Telegram channel. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Inspection of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan spoke live. During the broadcast, the speakers discussed the importance of reducing administrative pressure on business.
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Amirkhanov spoke about the work of the Ministry of Economy together with the control bodies to prevent violations and relieve the administrative burden on business, taking into account the imposed moratorium.
"Reducing administrative pressure and barriers to business is one of the priorities for all levels of government in the republic. The moratorium focuses on preventing violations rather than punishing them. Companies can focus on their main tasks, ensure smooth operation without excessive pressure from the control authorities," Roman Amirkhanov noted.
In Tatarstan, due to the introduction of a moratorium, the number of business inspections decreased fourfold by the end of last year. The Russian Government has extended the moratorium on business inspections until the end of 2024. Entrepreneurs are monitored in the form of preventive visits, where the results are not mandatory prescriptions, but only recommendations. Entrepreneurs can invite inspectors through their personal account on the public services portal. Professional visits can also be conducted remotely via the Inspector mobile application
The first deputy head of the Inspection of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilfart Safiullin, voiced the issues of conducting inspections, which cannot be abandoned and the practice of considering appeals received by the subsystem of pre-trial appeal.
Tatyana Khabibullina, a representative of the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke in more detail about the practice of conducting a preventive visit at the request of an entrepreneur, using remote interaction tools such as the Inspector mobile application. The use of the mobile application provides an opportunity to promptly bring the necessary information to the controlled persons.
The introduction of the moratorium contributes to the achievement of the goals of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises".
