Experts will tell entrepreneurs and self-employed people of Tatarstan about participation in procurement of the largest customers

On March 28, Kazan will host a unique free seminar for businesses and the self-employed on the topic: "Participation of small businesses and self-employed citizens in the procurement of major customers under Federal Law No. 223-FZ, the program of "growing" suppliers, including using the mechanism of concluding "offset" contracts." The full-time seminar will be held at the My Business Center. 

The event will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "SME Corporation", NO MKK "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", major customers (PJSC "Inter RAO", PJSC "Transneft", JSC "Rosselkhoznadzor"), representatives of federal electronic trading platforms (ETP).

Practicing experts will talk about the main aspects of legislation in the field of procurement, answer questions about the nuances of participation in tenders of the largest state corporations and analyze the difficulties that may arise during participation in procurement. 

The program includes the following topics:

·   Measures to promote small and medium-sized businesses in Kazan to foreign markets

·    Support for small and medium-sized businesses within the framework of the Regional Marketing Center 

·    Issues of participation of small and medium-sized businesses and self-employed citizens in the procurement of the largest state corporations 

·     Useful services for suppliers: from registration for ETP to training programs

Participation in the seminar is a great opportunity to learn about the specifics of public procurement, rules of participation and conclusion of contracts. Invited experts will share useful and practically applicable business development tips taking into account the current economic conditions, as well as answer all questions from entrepreneurs. 

The organizer of the event is JSC "Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" (SME Corporation) with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
