The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan helped Tatarstan entrepreneurs to attract 16 billion rubles under the national SME project for 2023

Thanks to the guaranteed republican support implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises", Tatarstan business was able to attract debt financing for a record amount of 15.9 billion rubles.

In 2023, entrepreneurs in the region benefited from the support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the amount of 6.7 billion rubles, which helped them attract debt financing in the amount of about 16 billion rubles. 

The number of guarantees issued increased by 463 or 69% compared to 2022, and the amount of guarantees issued increased by 2.9 billion rubles or 79%.

Let us recall that the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provides guarantees for the obligations of entrepreneurs who, according to the conclusion of Banks, have a stable financial position, but do not have sufficient collateral to obtain a loan.

The product "Support – 2023", designed to support entrepreneurs in the face of sanctions pressure, has become the most in demand from the business community. As part of the product, the regional Guarantee fund acted as a guarantor for 376 companies of the republic in the amount of 2.4 billion rubles. According to the terms of the product, the maximum amount of the guarantee was 70 million rubles, while the remuneration rate was reduced to a minimum value of 0.5%, and the possibility of deferring payment of remuneration for the first 6 months is provided.

To date, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan has concluded cooperation agreements with 41 banks, 5 leasing companies and 4 development institutions.
