Midhat Shagiakhmetov spoke about the republican complex of priority support measures for affected entrepreneurs
Yesterday, a meeting with the affected Garage-500 tenants was held at the City Hall of Naberezhnye Chelny, at which Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov spoke about the republican complex of priority measures to support affected entrepreneurs. Preferential microloans will be provided to entrepreneurs and the self-employed, and loans will be refinanced.
"The President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, has given appropriate instructions to develop the necessary solutions and measures to minimize the consequences of this incident and restore business activity as soon as possible, as well as to provide targeted support to affected entrepreneurs. Our main task is to create conditions for the rapid recovery of the affected business. It is for this purpose that we have gathered with you today," the minister said at the meeting.
Thus, for small and medium-sized businesses, a special preferential micro-loan of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund (product "Restoration") has been developed, within which SMEs can receive support at 1% in the amount of up to 5 million rubles for up to 36 months from the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The self-employed will be able to receive 500 thousand rubles under similar interest conditions. Up to 150 thousand rubles will be provided without any collateral. Preferential microloans can be used, among other things, to refinance loans received for entrepreneurial purposes.
Due to the fact that in the current conditions the affected business has problems with collateral, as part of the provision of targeted support by the Guarantee Fund of the republic, special programs of guarantee for microloans will be implemented.
The work with the existing debts will be carried out individually. For those who had commercial and consumer loans, mortgages, banks can provide credit holidays. Work will also be carried out on tax deferral.
Let us recall that as a result of the fire at the car market in Naberezhnye Chelny, 89 people were injured, among them individual entrepreneurs, the self-employed, as well as citizens who operated without registration as an individual entrepreneur or self-employed.

In addition, for the convenience of affected entrepreneurs in Naberezhnye Chelny, a face-to-face reception will be organized by regional representatives of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund, who will be located in the building of the Naberezhnye Chelny Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Regional representatives will individually help entrepreneurs to prepare documents for applying for microloans.
