In Novosibirsk the International Innovation Forum "Interra'13" Expert session was "Development and improvement of the efficiency of regional innovation infrastructure" with the participation of the Chairman of the Board of the Association, the President of the Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who moderated the discussion. The session was attended by Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
