In Tatarstan, free legal assistance can be obtained through the state electronic service of the Ministry of Justice of Russia – the portal of legal assistance "Vprave.rf".

What does the portal allow?

- get legal advice by phone

- send a written question to qualified lawyers to receive a written answer

- make an appointment in person at the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan

- get up-to-date legal information on the most popular life situations

Any citizen can use the portal to receive free legal assistance and up-to-date legal information.

To do this, you need to do the following:

1. Log in to the portal's personal account through Public Services (gosuslugi.ru ).

2. Select the section "Applying for legal assistance" and click "Submit an application".

3. Then fill in the personal information based on your situation.

Step 1 – select, if available, a preferential category that is eligible for free legal aid.

Step 2 – Specify the content of the application, the type of legal assistance, the desired format of interaction with you and make an appointment.
