In Tatarstan, entrepreneurs and employees of the passenger transportation sector will be told about the organization of work in accordance with the changes in 580-FZ

From September 1, 2023, the main provisions of the new federal law 580-FZ, which is designed to regulate the activities of taxi aggregators, come into force.  Specialists of the Center "My Business" of the Republic of Tatarstan and experts of the transport industry will tell how to organize work in accordance with the changes in the Federal Law. 

The new law provides for several changes: registration of driver status, cancellation of the fee for obtaining a permit to work in a taxi, non-admission of some drivers to taxi management, as well as the requirement for taxi drivers to purchase CMTPL at the rate for carriers.

The seminar will be devoted to changes and innovations, as well as issues that taxi drivers may face after September 1. Experts in the transport sector will tell you in detail: 

• what will change the taxi law from September 1 for drivers;
• who will be able to work in a taxi - registration of the status for working in a taxi; 
• how to get a work permit;
• what requirements must be met for the registration of the car;
• where information about drivers will be stored.
