The national SME project will help Tatarstan entrepreneurs to improve their skills in working on marketplaces

As part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship", the My Business Center, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, has developed a new regional support measure for Tatarstan companies that want to increase sales on marketplaces.

Within the framework of the service, 4 training programs for advanced training at popular online trading platforms have been prepared: 

- account manager for working with the Ozon marketplace

- account manager for working with the Wildberries marketplace

- account manager for working with the Yandex Market marketplace

- account manager for working with the KazanExpress marketplace.

The educational program includes studying the specifics of the selected marketplace, registering a personal account, creating product cards with SEO optimization of the name and description, studying the basic logistics models of working with the marketplace, using marketing tools, automation of work, internal analytics, working with reports, etc. 

"An entrepreneur can take training himself or send his employee for advanced training. The educational course is designed for 18 hours. Participants who have passed certification based on the results of training will be issued state-issued certificates of advanced training," sharedLinara Burkhanova, First Deputy General Director of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan — Head of the Center "My Business.

Experts of the My Business Center note that since 2021, more than 200 entrepreneurs and their representatives have participated in the professional development program and made their first steps in e-commerce with the support of the My Business Center. 

Entrepreneurs registered in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan can complete the educational program. To receive the service, you must submit an application on the SME.RF Digital Platform in the section "Regional support measures".
