A resident of the industrial park will launch the production of elevators in Tatarstan
With the support of the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan (a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan), the resident of the industrial park will launch the production of elevator equipment in Tatarstan.
TATLIFT LLC has acquired a screw-cutting lathe, a forklift truck and suspended overhead cranes in the amount of 8.1 million rubles at preferential rates under the program "Comprehensive support for residents of industrial parks".
"Creating favorable conditions for doing business is one of our main tasks. We develop support programs focusing on the real needs of the business. Leasing support has been in demand among enterprises for several years. Thus, the manufacturer of elevator equipment got the opportunity to retrofit the production with modern equipment and improve working conditions for employees," said Natalia Kondratova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Under the terms of the program "Comprehensive support for residents of industrial parks", residents of industrial (industrial) parks accredited by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, located in municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, can finance leasing of equipment, special equipment and commercial vehicles with a total amount of financing up to 7 million rubles for 5 years at a rate of 6% - 8% per annum (6% - for of the leased item of Russian production, 8% - for the leased item of imported production). The lessees themselves determine the necessary leasing subject and supplier. The advance payment is 15% - 49%, an advance payment of 0% is possible when providing a guarantee from the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Other SME entities that are not residents of industrial parks can also benefit from the financing of preferential leasing in the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Program "Sustainable Development". This Program also provides for the financing of equipment, special equipment and commercial vehicles with a total amount of financing up to 5 million rubles for 5 years at a rate of 8% -10% per annum (8% for a Russian-made leased item, 10% for an imported leased item).
Tatlift LLC is implementing an investment project "Construction of a plant for the production of elevator equipment in the Zelenodolsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan". The construction is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2023. When reaching full capacity by 2028, it is planned to produce up to 3,000 elevators per year. About 300 jobs will be organized at the production site.
