The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and SuperJob Start launch the "Invaluable Intern" campaign. As part of the initiative, companies across Russia will be able to post vacancies for interns on SuperJob for free in order to hire young specialists: students, as well as graduates of universities and secondary specialized educational institutions.
According to the partner program of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, SuperJob resets the cost of responses to interns' vacancies. Employers who place internships in a qualified professional field will be able to receive free feedback from July 10 to August 31, 2023.
Additionally, employers will receive promotion through social networks in the SuperJob and My Business communities, will be able to participate in free webinars on the current state of the labor market, personnel records management and changes in labor legislation, as well as effective work on the site.
According to Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikova, business will develop in the near future in conditions of fierce competition for personnel. She also noted that young people have a wide range of opportunities – from a career in large corporations to starting their own business.
According to SuperJob, every second company invites those who have had an internship with it to work. Today, more than 2.2 million young professionals under the age of 25 are registered on SuperJob, of which one in three started their career path on SuperJob.
The Priceless Intern campaign does not include ads for hiring interns in sales, realtor interns, courier interns and other unskilled professions, as well as internships where work experience is needed. The campaign is valid from July 10 to August 31, 2023.
Companies and entrepreneurs registered on SuperJob as an employer can take advantage of the support measure. To activate, it is necessary to place a vacancy "Trainee" in a qualified professional field (see A list of prohibited categories of vacancies for interns) and in the vacancy filling form, consent to participate in the "Hire interns for free" campaign. All vacancies participating in the promotion are moderated for compliance with a qualified professional field.
