"The Russian market has become freer due to the departure of foreign companies, but consumer demand has remained at the same level." What challenges Tatarstan entrepreneurs face, and what is offered to young aspiring businessmen to occupy their niche, were discussed in Kazan.

In recent years, the Russian market has undergone significant changes associated with the departure of foreign companies. This has opened up new opportunities for young entrepreneurs, but they still face a number of challenges when trying to occupy their niche. In Tatarstan, many entrepreneurs are looking for support and solutions to these problems in the My Business center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, which conducts training programs within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".

"Business for Young" is an educational project of the My Business center, according to the results of which young entrepreneurs of Tatarstan can receive a grant of up to 500 thousand rubles. The program is aimed at young people aged 18 to 25 years who want to master entrepreneurship skills and get financing, and takes place from July 1 to 12 in three cities of Tatarstan: Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Almetyevsk.

On July 1, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan announced the launch of a program for hundreds of future businessmen. One of the most important features of the program is the association of all young entrepreneurs in one place so that each of them can share their experience in implementing business projects.

"One of the key success factors for entrepreneurs is the community they get into through training programs. Experienced mentors of the project ["Business to Young"] help young entrepreneurs to implement their projects and make them successful. They offer valuable knowledge and experience, as well as help to find new directions and markets for business development in Tatarstan", sharedMikhail Untura, Head of the Center for Innovation in the Social Sphere of the Center "My Business" of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The uniqueness of the program lies in its focus on the practical aspects of entrepreneurship and work on business plans. Participants get the opportunity to work on typical and non-standard business situations under the guidance of experienced teachers and successful businessmen. After completing the program, each participant will be able to develop and defend their own business plan, having mastered not only traditional, but also innovative approaches to entrepreneurship.

Participants of the Business for Young educational program will have the opportunity to apply for a grant in the amount of 100,000 to 500,000 rubles for the development of their business, subject to co-financing in the amount of 25% from the SME entity. This is a significant support that will help young entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life and successfully launch on the market.

The educational program lasts a little more than 10 days. For example, in Kazan, training takes place in the building of the IT Park (Petersburgskaya st., 52), where speakers from different areas share useful information about the successful conduct of business projects. The speakers are: Daria Nazarova, Certified expert of Worldskills Russia in the competence "Entrepreneurship", Oksana Samartseva, Winner of the contest "Young Entrepreneur of Avtograd" 2020;Elena Maltseva, Lawyer for Business, Head of the legal aid center "Maltseva and Partners", Deputy Chairman of the Expert Council of Entrepreneurs at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and others.

One of the main problems faced by young entrepreneurs is the lack of knowledge and experience. Unlike experienced entrepreneurs who have been working for many years, young people do not have enough experience or do not have it at all. This limits their capabilities and presents a major problem. "Within the framework of the Business for Young project, it is told how to apply for grant support. Young entrepreneurs often lack knowledge about how to apply correctly and how to comply with relevant regulations. An important aspect of the training is also the clarification of reporting requirements. All this knowledge and information benefit young entrepreneurs and help them overcome initial difficulties," said Mikhail Untura.

With the departure of foreign companies, the Russian market has become freer, while consumer demand has remained at the same level. This creates an excellent opportunity for new projects and young entrepreneurs. "The My Business Center provides free support and training for young people, helping young entrepreneurs successfully implement their projects and occupy their niche in the market. Grants that young people can win by going through our Business for Young educational program can be used for renting and repairing premises, buying equipment, purchasing franchises and much more," one of the organizers of the project shared.

Let us recall that the Center "My Business" within the framework of the National project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship" offers a unique educational program for young entrepreneurs: participants of the program "Business to young" will have the opportunity to apply for a grant in the amount of 100,000 to 500,000 rubles for the development of their business.

As part of the implementation of "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", the "Business for Young" program was launched from the "My Business" Center. According to the results of the educational program, young entrepreneurs will receive a grant of up to 500 thousand rubles.

"Business to Young" is an opportunity for young people to show their entrepreneurial potential, gain valuable knowledge and skills, as well as support for the development of their own business. By joining the program, young people become part of a new wave of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tatarstan," said Linara Burkhanova, First Deputy General Director of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan - head of the Center "My Business.
