7 entrepreneurs from Tatarstan will represent the republic at the federal stage of the "Exporter of the Year" competition
7 entrepreneurs of Tatarstan became the winners of the republican stage of the "Exporter of the Year" competition. Now republican companies will have to confirm their success in foreign markets in 2022 and represent the republic at the federal stage in Moscow. The event was organized by the Export Support Center with the assistance of the Regional Ministry of Economy, the My Business Center, together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The competition is being held for the sixth year in a row thanks to the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative". "Exporter of the Year" is a federal initiative aimed at identifying the leaders of export activities among representatives of small and medium-sized businesses and promoting the best experience and practice in foreign economic activity.
Today, export activity is considered as one of the main factors of increasing sustainability and economic growth. Despite the unstable external economic situation caused by the sanctions, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work on creating conditions for export activities, providing exporters with a range of services and support measures and reorienting them to the export markets of friendly countries.
64 applications from entrepreneurs of the republic have been received for participation in the competition this year. The winners were announced in 7 nominations. The best in their industry are:
1. In the nomination "The best exporting enterprise in the field of industry", the company LLC "Production Association "Zarnitsa" won – the company produces educational equipment for all areas of activity, there are more than 6 thousand nomenclature items in the production line. In 2022, the company made 36 shipments to Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
2. "The best exporter company in the field of high technologies" - LLC "Smartlifkea" - the company is engaged in the development and production of products based on the technology of genetic diagnostics – the method of isothermal molecular diagnostics SmartAmp. As part of the project, related products are also being produced – a robot for semi-automatic isolation of RNA viruses from LifeBot patient samples. The geography of sales covers Japan, Myanmar, Austria and Estonia.
3. "The best exporter company in the field of services" - LLC "Holding Company "Kama - Trucks" is the largest freight forwarding company engaged in the transportation of goods by road, rail, sea and mixed modes of transport on the territory of Russia, CIS countries and around the world since 1991. In 2022, it provided services to the CIS countries, Kazakhstan, and China.
4. "The best exporter company in the field of agriculture" - LLC "Elite" - wholesale grain exports to Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, UAE, has a representative office in Oman.
5. "The best female exporter" - LLC "Engineering and Production Center" - the company produces products in the field of pipeline transport protection. In 2022, it exported products to Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
6. "The best young entrepreneur-exporter" - LLC "GC Bars" - manufacturer of sportswear. The key markets are Russia and Kazakhstan. The uniqueness of the products is in the use of eco-technological materials.
7. The nomination "Breakthrough of the Year" was awarded to the company "AMT Volga Region" LLC – the company exports petroleum products to Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Kazakhstan.
The winners were awarded diplomas, certificates for learning a foreign language and commemorative statuettes. In addition, they are granted the right to use the logo of the competition as an indicator confirming the high quality of products and services provided by them, and to represent the republic at the federal stage of the competition.
