Applications for the acceleration program "Export Acceleration for SMEs" have been accepted in Tatarstan

Applications for participation in the acceleration program for the development of the export potential of companies "Export Acceleration" have been accepted in Tatarstan. The training program is implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship".

The Export Acceleration program includes 6 intensive two-day educational modules that allow participating enterprises to gain the necessary knowledge and skills for the effective implementation of an export project, as well as intermodule periods of two weeks each, during which participants will receive the necessary advice and support measures to ensure the preparation of an export plan.

1. Introductory module: "Introduction to export and project activities";

2. Module 1: "Market selection and search for buyers";

3. Module 2: "Export marketing";

4. Module 3: "Formation of financial conditions of an export transaction";

5. Module 4: "Implementation of an export transaction";

6. Module 5: "Negotiations and conclusion of a contract".

Participants will prepare up to 3 plans for entering foreign markets based on the demand for products, select the most effective channels for product promotion, form a funnel of potential customers, conduct initial negotiations with potential buyers, prepare selling commercial proposals that include consumable components and take into account the need for debt financing, guarantees, insurance.

The training will be conducted full-time on the basis of the Tatarstan Export Support Center of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with accredited trainers of the REC Export School. Participation in the program is free for entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The organizers note that the number of places to participate in the program is limited, applications will be accepted until 30.06.2023.
