Swimming competitions were held in Kazan today as part of the Spartakiad of Civil Servants of the Republic of Tatarstan. The competitions were held on the basis of the Akcharlak swimming pool. The team of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan consisting of Ilyas Galimov, Renat Galimullin, Timur Minnigulov, Danil Yunusov took part in the competition.
"I have been swimming since childhood, because I was born and grew up in Zelenodolsk, a city on the Volga. Swimming is a wonderful sport that helps strengthen muscle tone," Ilyas Galimov said.
