Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Yulai Minnullin took part in zonal seminar meetings
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Yulai Minnullin took part in zonal seminar-meetings in Mendeleevsky, Zainsky, Verkhne-Uslonsky and Rybno-Slobodsky municipal districts of the republic on increasing the business activity of villagers and the implementation of state support programs for rural areas.
The seminar-meetings were attended by Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Deputy Chairman of the State Council Marat Akhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Chairman of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan Exam Gubaidullin, deputies of the State Council, representatives of ministries and departments, heads of districts and rural settlements, heads of personal subsidiary farms and family farms, representatives of agricultural cooperatives of a number of districts of the republic, relevant ministries and departments, the banking sector.
Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin in his speech noted that the leadership and personally the Head of the republic pay priority attention to the issues of rural population support and rural development.
"Compared to other regions, we have tremendous support. There are dozens of regional and federal programs aimed at improving the quality of life of people in rural areas," said Farid Mukhametshin
Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov in his speech analyzed the issues of rural entrepreneurship, the development of small and medium-sized agribusiness, informed about grant support for rural business, housing construction in rural areas, the program of Integrated Rural development, opportunities for investment and concessional loans.
At the plenary sessions, the Chairman of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, Exam Gubaidullin, raised issues of organizing events within the framework of the Year of National Cultures and Traditions in Tatarstan, the development of business activity of rural residents and the consolidation of youth in rural areas, the cadastral registration of the borders of all settlements, centralized maintenance of hydraulic structures, the organization of water supply to the rural population with high-quality drinking water and modernization of water supply networks and drainage.
Deputy Minister of Economy Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Yulai Minnullin in his speech informed about the results of socio-economic development of the republic for the 1st quarter of this year, about federal and republican measures to support small businesses, about a set of measures of non-financial support for SMEs. Tasks were also assigned to the districts to prepare for the federal competition "Best Municipal Practice", on the activities of territorial public self-governments, on grant support for rural settlements and urban settlements formed on the basis of urban-type settlements that are not administrative centers of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducting information work with entrepreneurs on existing support measures.
The issues of the workload of industrial parks were raised, tasks were set for the districts to prepare for the federal competition "Best Municipal Practice", for the activities of territorial public self-governments, for grant support of rural settlements and urban settlements formed on the basis of urban-type settlements that are not administrative centers of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the end of the meeting, an award ceremony was held for the winners of the republican contests "The Best head of a peasant farm", "The Best head of a private farm" and "The Best head of a rural settlement for the development of entrepreneurship".
