The specifics of the implementation of control (supervisory) and preventive measures and problematic issues arising during their implementation were discussed on April 19, 2023 in the Penza region. The event was held in videoconference mode as part of a meeting organized by the Federation Council Committee on Regulations and Organization of Parliamentary Activities on the topic: "Control and supervisory activities in the Penza region".
The meeting was held under the leadership of the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Regulations and Organization of Parliamentary Activities V. S. Timchenko with the participation of members of the Federation Council Commission on Monitoring Legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of state Control (supervision) and municipal Control in the Russian Federation, representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, other federal ministries and departments, subjects of the Volga Federal District responsible for control and supervisory activities. Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalia Kondratova took part in the meeting on the part of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Alexander Viktorovich Vdovin, Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Licensing of Control and Supervisory Activities, Accreditation and Self-Regulation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, made a report at the event.
Alexander Vdovin, in his report, spoke about the specifics of the organization of state control (supervision) and municipal control in 2023, announced the statistics of control (supervision) and preventive measures in 2022.
The participants also discussed problematic issues that have arisen with the control bodies during the implementation of Federal Law No. 248-FZ of 31.07.2020 "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation, including the need for further use of new prevention tools, updating lists of indicators of the risk of violation of mandatory requirements for types of regional state control (supervision) and municipal control.
