In a transparent way and promptly: how do Tatarstan entrepreneurs see the real picture with inspections?

Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalia Kondratova shared her expert opinion on the development of electronic interaction mechanisms between inspectors and entrepreneurs in the Republic of Tatarstan and the functioning of a database of useful knowledge and services in the field of control and supervisory activities. The article was published under the heading "Blog" in the "Workshop of Control" telegram channel.

"Earlier, entrepreneurs addressed us with questions: where to look or which resource to open, in order, firstly, to track the status of the audit in relation to their business, and secondly, to be promptly informed about the current requirements of legislation in the field of control and supervision," the Deputy Minister noted.

Now the answers to the questions of the business community have appeared in "Proven Business" – a free digital platform of useful knowledge and services in the field of control-monitoring activities. It contains 1300 questions and answers on business interaction with control (supervisory) bodies and 1335 typical violations and ways to prevent them with links to the LSI.

In 2022, the total number of requests to the resource's useful knowledge base was 400, while the number of visitors exceeded 10,000 people; the popularity of the resource is constantly growing.

On average, 1000 entrepreneurs view information on the portal every month. The portal's audience grows by 250 new users every month. With the help of the service, anyone can prepare for the upcoming check and go through an interactive checklist. So he will identify errors in advance and receive recommendations on risks and elimination of violations.

For example, entrepreneurs who plan to place station points of sale in the summer season use directories of violations. This allows one to prepare objects in accordance with the legislation. Such checklists are passed by more than 100 entrepreneurs per month. The service contains announcements of events that allow one to keep abreast of the news agenda of various institutions of the republic.

An electronic audit log has been introduced, thanks to which an entrepreneur can see the real picture of the conducted monitoring-inspection activities in relation to his business. The summary of the journal allows one to see the dynamics of the share of the administrative burden on the business as a whole in the republic, and in relation to each entrepreneur.
