Tatarstan company LLC "Shponirovka" is engaged in the production of veneered MDF boards, chipboard and plywood. Thanks to state support from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", the company is expanding production and establishing new logistics chains under sanctions.

The support allowed the company to present its products at international exhibitions, find new foreign partners and conclude export contracts with them.

The company buys a thin section of wood - natural veneer - of various widths, after which it processes it on its machines, connecting it with MDF boards. Veneered products are used as a finishing material, in interior decoration, furniture production.

According to the director of the company Roman Tarasov, the company started with one machine, experienced difficulties during the coronavirus pandemic, but was able to reach the pre-crisis level. Now the production capacity of the enterprise is 500 sheets per shift. The company plans to expand production by entering the markets of friendly countries.

The Export Support Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, helps the company to participate in international exhibitions. The company visited Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Belarus and Kazakhstan, where it was able to present its products, find new partners and conclude new contracts.

"When sending cargo, we consult with the Export Support Center, they help with customs issues, how to properly issue declarations, there are subtleties. The Export Support Center helps to expand our supplies to the CIS," said Roman Tarasov, director of the company.

The company has a good export potential. In the near future, the company plans to increase production capacity and expand the product range. There are also plans to produce finished products, launch new machines and eventually switch to the production of high-quality furniture.
