Free workshop on franchising starts for Tatarstan entrepreneurs

Federal portal mybusiness.rf has launched a free workshop on franchising for entrepreneurs. The program for everyone who wanted to pack their business into a franchise will be held from February 20 to 22. The number of seats is limited.

Entrepreneurs with more than a year of work experience can take part in the workshop. The program will allow businesses to study all key aspects of the franchising market, describe the main conditions of their franchise step by step and get advice directly from expert practitioners.

Applications are accepted via a dedicated link. After the selection, the participants will receive a link to a closed group, where the intensive will take place.

Workshop takes into account the high workload of the participants, so the lectures will last no more than 25 minutes — the structure contains only concentrated information and practical tasks. All information remains in the record. There are no more than 4 such videos per day. The total time for studying, taking into account the task, will not exceed one and a half hours per day.

Participants' homework assignments will be checked by experts of the franchise market. For each work, they will give detailed feedback by email. Thanks to specific advice, in three days the participants will have a basic description of the franchise and the economy for the development of this direction.

The result of the training will be a ready-made goal setting for the development of the company for 5 years: participants will audit their business for readiness for franchise development, distribute the tasks of franchise packaging between employees and third-party companies. 

In addition, entrepreneurs will make a budget for the development of the direction, form the structure and content of the franchise presentation, collect data for the financial model and identify advertising channels, as well as specialists to attract customers.

The experts of the workshop will be practitioners – founders and managers of franchise networks.
