The issues of entering objects of control (supervision) into the Unified Register of Types of Control were discussed today at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the implementation of the reform of control (supervisory) activities in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was attended by representatives of regional control (supervisory) bodies, it was chaired by the executive secretary of the interdepartmental working group - Deputy Minister of Economy Natalya Kondratova.
The Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan made a report on the need to complete work on uploading objects of control (supervision) to the Unified Register. The participants also discussed problematic issues related to the display of the contributed objects in the ERWC and their signing.
Recall that on the basis of the Unified Register of Types of Control, a register of categorized objects has been launched, containing information about the controlled person, the object of control, the risk category (hazard class), type, type and subspecies of the object. Federal Law No. 248-FZ of July 31, 2020 “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” introduced a risk-based approach and it is necessary to establish risk categories for each object for which scheduled inspections are planned and carried out.
