The Republic of Tatarstan is working on a pilot project on the testing mechanisms of the Federal 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs"

Since January 1, 2014 shall come into force the Federal Law 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs". In order to implement this law the Republic of Tatarstan, 17 April 2013 defined a pilot region for the approbation of his individual equipment, in connection with which the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a "road map" for the implementation of this project. Provided for in the "road map" organically complement the activities lined up in the country a system of public procurement in terms of mandatory forecasting and procurement planning.
