7 investment projects considered at the Meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

The meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The event was held at the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.

During the meeting, 7 investment projects were considered, most of which are planned to be implemented in the tourism sector. Thus, the head of the For-Rest Glamp project, Ilya Spiridonov, proposed building a glamping site on the territory of the Verkhneuslonsky district. The goal of the project is to create a recreational infrastructure for a comfortable stay near the coastal zone of the Sviyaga River. On the territory of the glamping it is planned to build residential modular houses, a promenade and a pier, catering points, a bath complex, barbecue areas, a tent for events and a large garden for growing vegetables and fruits. Glamping is expected to operate all year round. A total of 36 new jobs will be created.

Timur Yegorov, the head of the Mir Group company, presented a project for the construction of a suburban complex in the Zelenodolsk region. The project provides for the creation on the banks of the Volga of a modern infrastructure for family vacations with long-term accommodation and active recreation, as well as programs for rehabilitation, examination and health promotion. The complex includes a hotel with 150 rooms, 37 family villas, a spa complex, a medical building, bath complexes, sports grounds and a number of other buildings.

The head of Favorit Plus LLC, Aidar Galeev, spoke about the project of the Drive Park sports and tourist center in the Zelenodolsky district. The complex includes racing tracks of various difficulty levels for motorsport enthusiasts, as well as a hotel complex for 120 people and a car camping.

Another glamping is planned to be built in Kamskoye Ustye. The project was presented by Almaz Munavirov, General Director of MOLO Group of Companies LLC. The glamping project planned for implementation will be located near Mount Lobach in close proximity to the Leto beach. It is proposed to build year-round modular houses with a total capacity of 80 beds, as well as the necessary infrastructure for leisure.

The Seredina Volga company also presented its glamping project. The territory of the future recreation area is located next to the Yuryevskaya cave in the Kamsko-Ustyinsky district. The investor intends to build year-round modules, a car camping zone, guest houses and a tent camp, organize a festival zone and pavilions for workshops.

Two more investment projects are aimed at developing the infrastructure of gas stations. One of them involves the construction of the Tatneft-AZS Center gas station on the M-7 highway in Kazan. And the Gazprom LNG Technologies company plans to open a cryofilling station Novaya Tura in the Zelenodolsky district.

Rustam Minnikhanov and members of the Investment Council of the Republic supported all the submitted projects. “Thank you to our investors. These are very important projects. It is good that campsites are appearing in our districts, recreation areas with the necessary infrastructure are being developed. It is necessary to continue to work in this area. We have rich nature, many beautiful places. It is necessary to create conditions for people to have a rest in our republic, and not leave for other regions and countries,” the President of Tatarstan added.
