Thanks to the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives", businesses received the opportunity to lend at 3 and 4.5% per annum.

“Loans up to 1 billion rubles for investment purposes can already be received by enterprises in the manufacturing industry, the hotel business, transportation and logistics. Reduced rate - 3% for medium businesses and 4.5% for small and micro businesses. On these preferential terms, over the first week, entrepreneurs of the republic were given loans in the amount of more than 250 million rubles,” said Emil Khismatov, deputy head of the Department for Entrepreneurship Development and Competition of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Companies receive preferential loans for various investment purposes. So, one individual entrepreneur will use the funds received to purchase real estate to organize a new production. Another - for the construction of a production building for the production of plastic windows. In total, banks received 26 applications from entrepreneurs of the republic in the amount of more than 3.1 billion rubles.

The program allows to solve the issue of investment lending in priority sectors and will serve as a motivation for entrepreneurs to develop their business. The financial support received will make it possible to quickly purchase equipment and organize production.

You can apply for a loan by submitting an application at one of the 18 banks represented in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as on the SME Digital Platform.

“Since September 5, a special service-assistant for conducting transactions under this program has been launched on the SME.RF Digital Platform. Qualified specialists help entrepreneurs to structure transactions, as well as advise on the program, requirements, documents, and communicate with banks. It is very important for us that as many projects as possible be implemented and not remain on paper,” said Alexander Isaevich, General Director of the SME Corporation.

The decree on the launch of a new preferential program was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. It was possible to set interest rates below the key one thanks to the combination of interest rate subsidies within the framework of the national project for the development of small and medium-sized businesses (1764 program) and concessional funding under the Lending Stimulation Program (LSP), which is implemented jointly by the Bank of Russia and the SME Corporation.

A complete list of banks participating in the federal program, as well as OKVED codes, is available on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
