More than 300 preventive visits of control bodies took place in Tatarstan this year

This year, 310 preventive visits have already taken place in Tatarstan. According to the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of preventive visits by the control authorities, conducted by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, entrepreneurs of the region positively assess the tool to reduce the administrative burden on business.

One of these visits was a visit by experts from the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Zhilkompleks Management Company in the Zelenodolsk region.

During the visit, specialists from the central inspection department of the SGI RT provided explanations of the provisions and practice of applying the new legislation on control, restrictions on inspections, general requirements for inspections, the procedure for applying a risk-based approach and recommended ways to reduce the risk category.

In addition, the company's employees were informed about the mandatory requirements of housing legislation, explanatory work was carried out and recommendations were received to ensure safety.

From the side of the head of the company, this way of communicating with the control authorities was positively evaluated. According to Tatiana Shibalova, the inspectors answered her questions and provided information that allowed her to comply with the legislative norms in accordance with the activities carried out.

Carrying out preventive measures at business facilities is currently one of the priority areas for the work of control (supervisory) bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan. The format of carrying out preventive measures, including such as a preventive visit, allows, without excessive administrative pressure, in the mode of interaction with entrepreneurs, to achieve the safe functioning of a business that meets both the interests of entrepreneurs and consumers.
