Russian Post launched services for the delivery of goods to the warehouses of the largest online platforms for sellers. The service is available in 75 cities, including the Republic of Tatarstan, which are divided into four zones.
“The Post service will be able to be used both by sellers who transfer the storage, picking and sorting of orders to the marketplace side according to the FBO (Fulfilment by Operator) model, and those who independently process orders and store them in their own or partner warehouses according to the system FBS (Fulfillment by Seller).
At the same time, sellers can hand over the goods to sorting centers and offices for corporate clients or call a courier. The cost of delivery depends on the physical weight of the cargo and the region, but will be up to 20% lower than the market average. The volume of shipment does not affect the price.
Sellers have a 30-day shipping grace period. They also have free storage of goods in its warehouses for 15 days and a choice of a time interval for sending parcels.
The cities from where you can send the goods are divided into four zones.
So, the first includes Moscow, St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Pskov, Novgorod, Kaliningrad and Tver regions, Tatarstan and others.
The second zone includes the Perm Territory, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Sverdlovsk and Kurgan regions, etc.
The third covers the Omsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo regions, Altai Territory and the Altai Republic.
The fourth zone includes the Khabarovsk Territory, Khakassia, Tyva, the Irkutsk, Amur Regions, the Jewish Autonomous Region, as well as the Primorsky Territory and other regions.
