The Ministry of Economy discussed the implementation of control (supervisory) activities in the republic as part of the state control reform

Today, January 20, 2022, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the issues of further implementation of the reform of control (supervisory) activities in the Republic of Tatarstan as part of a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the implementation of the reform of control (supervisory) activities in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was chaired by the executive secretary of the interdepartmental working group - Deputy Minister of Economy Natalia Kondratova.

The event was attended by representatives of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, and regional control (supervisory) authorities. Local self-government bodies exercising municipal control participated in the videoconferencing mode.

Natalya Kondratova made a presentation on the organization of work within the framework of the new Federal Law on State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of 2021.

New tools and practices aimed at reducing the administrative burden on business were announced by Natalya Kondratova. The possibility of using new tools by control (supervision) bodies was discussed.

They also discussed the further work of regional control (supervision) bodies in the pre-trial appeal system. Tasks were set for 2022 for municipal control bodies to introduce pre-trial appeal in the implementation of municipal control.

The issues of digitalization of control (supervisory) activities, the introduction of a pre-trial appeal mechanism in the implementation of regional control (supervision), municipal control were voiced by the head of the department for coordinating the digital transformation of economic and social sectors Mukhamadieva Guzel.

Lenar Bagavetdinov presented the practice of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan in introducing a mechanism for self-examination and declaring compliance with mandatory requirements.

The participants also discussed problematic issues related to changes in legislative regulation in the field of control and supervision activities.
