An online meeting dedicated to the issues of supporting entrepreneurs in the conditions of coronavirus restrictions was held on November 19 at the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the meeting, Tatarstan entrepreneurs were given explanations on federal and republican support programs, problematic issues were discussed, proposals for improving measures were listened to.
The event was held in the format of an effective dialogue with representatives of business and public organizations. The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship Development and Competition of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Emil Khismatov, Deputy Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Munir Gafiyatullin, Director of the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of the Republic of Tatarstan Galina Sharafutdinova, President of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafik Shaikhutdinov, heads of organizations, entrepreneurs from different industries.
In his speech, Emil Khismatov spoke in detail about federal and republican programs to support business and SONKO during the period of restrictive measures. Grants in the amount of one minimum wage are provided for entrepreneurs, preferential lending at 3% of the VAT 3.0. On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, from November 1, entrepreneurs can receive a micro-loan at 1% per annum. Also available is a guarantee guarantee "Support-2021", restructuring of previously issued loans.
During the online conference, over 30 questions were received from Tatarstan business representatives, on which Emil Khismatov gave detailed explanations. He spoke about the conditions and deadlines for obtaining existing and additional support programs. Entrepreneurs received qualified answers on all topics of interest.
During the meeting, Galina Sharafutdinova voiced proposals to support enterprises affected by the introduction of restrictions, taking into account the practice of working during the pandemic period.
Munir Gafiyatullin proposed to expand support measures for small and medium-sized businesses - to grant a deferral on utility payments, to cancel inspections of supervisory and tax authorities.
Following the meeting, Emil Khismatov thanked the organizers of the meeting for the event and said that the information received and proposals for support measures will be studied by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
