Taking into account the conditions of federal programs and their targeted focus on the affected categories of business, the leadership of the republic decided to support, including non-covered areas. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in a short time developed a proposal for these categories, as well as for those SMEs that operate in industries that have fallen under republican restrictions and are not included in federal support programs – a "One percent" micro-loan.

The Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan will provide financial assistance to SMEs of the republic in the form of a microloan at 1%, which has demonstrated high demand in the 2020 pandemic year. Applications for financial support are accepted starting from November 1.

The amount of the microloan will be from 300 thousand to 1 million rubles for up to 2 years. A microloan is issued at 1% per annum, provided that at least 90% of the number of employees is retained as of October 1, 2021. The lending mechanism also provides for the possibility of postponing the payment of the principal for up to 6 months.

For the safety of entrepreneurs and preventing the spread of a new coronavirus infection, access to obtaining a microloan has been simplified through the portal FASTTREK.RF developed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Through the portal, starting from November 1, you can apply for a preferential microloan at 1%. For advice on all existing support measures, entrepreneurs can contact by phone: 8(843)524-90-90.
