Let us recall that the development and implementation of this mechanism was carried out by the SME Corporation together with the pilot regions of Russia, among which the Republic of Tatarstan is included.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, small business companies were able to additionally attract more than 2.4 billion rubles of borrowed capital due to the "umbrella" guarantees of the SME Corporation. The average loan amount was approximately 17 million rubles.
The corresponding support measure was launched by order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. It is implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".
