As part of the national project, the Ministry of Economy will provide Tatarstan entrepreneurs with a free accounting service

The regional center "My Business" of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has started providing services to businessmen of the republic for outsourcing accounting, tax, personnel accounting and payroll within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".

To support entrepreneurs in the field of providing services (transportation, taxi, private educational services), applying a simplified or general taxation system and having no more than three employees in the state, assistance in accounting is provided for a period of 6 months. Entrepreneurs will be provided with free access to the service "My accounting. Outsourcing". Experienced qualified specialists will help you to keep accounting and tax records, submit reports to the relevant authorities.

The regional center "My Business" is responsible for the implementation of the program. The Center provides a wide range of non-financial gratuitous services for business entities of Tatarstan, including accounting. Organizations and individual entrepreneurs can use three service options:

1. Comprehensive service for accounting, tax, personnel accounting and payroll calculation. Specialists will calculate taxes, submit reports on time, professionally cope with personnel accounting and regular payments. It is suitable for sole proprietors and organizations on the Simplified Tax System that used the Unified Tax System in 2020, with the number of employees-no more than 3 people, the number of operations per month no more than 60 pcs., the number of documents (UTD, acts, invoices) no more than 30 per month and no more than 50 items of the nomenclature).

2. Payroll and personnel administration. The service will allow one to make timely payments with employees and will help with the solution of all personnel issues. It is suitable for any tax system and organizations with no more than 9 employees.

3. Restoration of accounting for previous years. The experts will put the company's financial and tax statements in order. First, they will check the status of your accounting database for the availability of all necessary documents and the correctness of their compilation. Such an audit will help one understand which documentation needs to be corrected or restored. It is suitable for users on the Simplified Tax System who used the UTII in 2020, and with up to 3 employees.
