"The ancestral estate – "Urazayi".

("Urazayi" - Nasel bakchasarae")

(Republic of Tatarstan, Sarmanovsky district, Murtysh-Bash village)

I stage – development

Goals and objectives: preservation and development of the village on the basis of cooperation of personal farmsteads (L. P. X) under the brand "Family estate".

 

Form of activity: Cooperation of 12 families-owners (L. P. H.), as an institution of socio-economic life of the Tatar village, united on the basis of ancestry.

Types of activities – 12 areas (contents) of economic work within the agro-industrial complex (AIC) using methods of organic tillage and the introduction of new technologies:

1. Formation of a nursery (40 acres) using organic tillage methods for growing black currant seedlings (4 varieties), raspberries (3 varieties), zoned grape varieties (12 varieties) and strawberries;

2. Creation of the garden "Berry Valley – Urazayi" (3.6 hectares of land): – for planting seedlings of black currant (2 ha), raspberry (1 ha), apple – 31 pcs.(20 acres), cherries –31 pcs. (20 acres), plums and cherries – 21 pcs. (20 acres); – for growing vegetables (1 ha of land): garlic (3 varieties), tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, pumpkin and potatoes;

3. Arrangement of a bee apiary for honey collection and pollination of garden plantings (number of hives – 200 pcs.);

4. Growing mushrooms (champignons, cherries) in specialized basements;

5. Pickling of mushrooms, tomatoes and cucumbers, with storage in a pool with running spring water, observing ancient traditions and recipes;

6. Breeding of aquaculture and fish farming (peled, white Amur, laziness, silver carp, carp and crayfish) in natural reservoirs-ponds;

7. Poultry breeding (ducks, geese and quails);

8. Sheep breeding (fat-tailed sheep). Sowing and harvesting of perennial grass (alfalfa) on 35 hectares land for pasture;

9. Smoking of meat and fish;

10. Bakery (production of bread based on old recipes (without yeast); production of homemade dumplings (halal), production based on new technologies (mini shop); bottling of spring water under the brand "Kuganay";

11. Road cafe-halal "Mortysh" on the bypass road of the village of Sarmanovo;

12. Agro -, eco -, ethnotourism. The ski complex "Nahar tavy".

Material and technical base:

1. 40 hectares of land owned by 12 families (5 hectares inside the village, they are fenced and 35 hectares of shared allotments are sown with perennial grass);

2.            5 residential houses with outbuildings have been built, and 2 houses are being built;

3.            The property has a mini tractor (25 hp) and mechanization to it (an ordinary and rotary plow, a seeder for potatoes and garlic, a mower and a press selection, trailers of different models to the tractor);

4.            Cargo transportation machine (5 ton);

5.            Bee apiary (in three points in the amount of 40 pcs.);

6. Fat-tailed sheep (in two points in the amount of 50 pcs.);

7. Poultry farming (ducks, geese) (in two points in the amount of 100 pcs.);

8.            Nursery (40 acres) for growing seedlings;

9.            According to the project "Berry Valley-Urazayi" (3.6 hectares): – black currant seedlings (2 hectares), raspberries (1 hectare), apple trees – 31 pcs. (20 acres), cherries – 31 pcs. (20 acres), plums and cherries – 21 pcs. (20 acres); 

10. Garlic is grown (3 varieties) on 70 acres of land;

11. Sowing and harvesting of perennial grass (alfalfa) – on 35 hectares land for sale to private farmsteads;

12. Homemade bread and dumplings (halal) are produced.

Information support:

1.            The Urazaev family tree has been restored to 24 tribes;

2.            The father's house was preserved and renovated in its original form (2018);

3.            The territory of the estate of the paternal grandfather was fenced and an apple orchard for 60 acres was planted (2019);

4. The spring "Kuganay" was restored by the forces of fellow villagers (2020);

5.            A book about the history of the village of Murtysh-Bash based on the pedigree is being prepared for publication  The Urazaevs are from the Baylar family. Responsible for the publication – Farit Urazaev;

6.            A translation of the Koran in the Tatar language by the famous theologian Murat Ramzi from the Baylar family is being prepared for publication. Responsible for the publication – Farit Urazaev;

7.            The interpretation of the Koran (author Nugmania) has been published in the Tatar language (electronic version in 7 languages). Responsible for the publication – Farit Urazaev;

8.            The website "Mortysh-Bash sigez ellyk maktabe" has been created and is functioning. The responsible person is Fanur Urazaev; A CD with Tatar folk songs has been released. Performer and composer – Rafis Urazaev;

9.            A new Cathedral mosque of the village of Murtysh-Bash was built on the historical site (1996);

10. An apple orchard (1 ha) was planted by the villagers on the territory of the mosque in the center of the village;

11.          With the participation of Muslims in the village of Murtysh-Bash, a religious holiday of sacrifice with prayers for grace “Korban bayram” has been held on the territory of the Cathedral Mosque for 26 years.

Holidays that contribute to the development of cooperative and economic activities of the ancestral estate "Urazayi":

1. "Korban-bayram" – a religious holiday of sacrifice with prayers for grace;

2. "Shazhere beirem - Zhyen" – commemoration of their ancestors up to the seventh generation according to the genealogy, education of the younger generation on the basis of spiritual values;

3. "Sabantuy" is a national holiday of fellow villagers. It is held during the summer solstice on the Maidan;

4. "Honey harvest" – the holiday of the end of summer, the closing of the season;

5. "Apple harvest" – the beginning of autumn holiday;

6. "Kaz omas" – a traditional ritual holiday of fellow villagers in late autumn;

7. "Nardugan" (Yana el baireme) – is held during the winter solstice in the circle of seven.
