The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has formed a rating of socio-economic development of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan based on the results of the first half of 2021. Laishevsky district became the leader of the rating, the second position is occupied by Almetyevsky district, the third – Nizhnekamsk.
The rating is formed monthly by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on 14 indicators, including the level of average accrued wages, the level of registered unemployment, the total area of residential buildings put into operation, etc.
The Zelenodolsk and Sabinsky municipal districts immediately improved their indicators by 11 positions, which is primarily due to an increase in the area of houses put into operation, as well as tax and non-tax revenues and gross agricultural output.
The results of the rating also show the continuation of the trend to reduce the unemployment rate in Tatarstan. Thus, as of June 1, 2021, the registered unemployment rate was 1.06%, while by July 1, this indicator fell to 0.98%. In general, in 36 municipalities, this indicator is lower than the national average.
The lowest unemployment rate was registered in the Aktanyshsky, Menzelinsky (0.22% each) and Kaibitsky (0.28%) municipal districts, the highest – in Kazan (1.53%), Nurlatsky (1.41%) and Pestrechinsky (1.4%) municipal districts.
Per capita, the volume of shipped products averaged 381.51 thousand rubles in the republic, among the municipalities of the republic, the highest results in this indicator are in Almetyevsk (2499.4 thousand rubles), Nizhnekamsk (1009.8 thousand rubles) and Novosheshminsky (874.1 thousand rubles) municipal districts.
In January-June 2021, 0.349 square meters of the total housing area per capita were put into operation in the Republic of Tatarstan. The largest housing area per capita was introduced in Pestrechinsky (3,296 square meters), Laishevsky (2,279 square meters) and Tukayevsky (1,428 square meters) municipal districts.
