At KazanSummit 2021, representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will share the best practices of digitalization of support measures for SMEs

On July 29, 2021, the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center will host a panel discussion within the framework of the machine-building cluster forum on the use of digital tools to support small and medium-sized businesses. The event will be held within the framework of the XII International Economic Summit "Russia – the Islamic World: KazanSummit 2021".

The section will be attended by the Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Mukhamedshin and the head of the Cluster Development Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Alina Yarullina.

"Cases on the preservation and development of support measures under the Digital Economy program for SMEs" –this is the topic of the panel discussion within the framework of the VII The International Engineering Cluster Forum, which is scheduled for July 29 at Kazan Expo. Let us recall that the "Digital Economy" national program is being implemented as part of the execution of the decrees of the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin on the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030.

The pandemic accelerated the pace of digitalization, became an impetus for providing access to all key services and procedures in a remote format.

Representatives of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will talk about new digital tools used in working with entrepreneurs within the framework of the forum. For example, they will tell you more about the FASTTRACK.RF portal, which has proven itself as an effective tool for reducing the time frame for providing state support measures to small and medium-sized businesses. FAST TRACK.RF is the best practice of the Republic of Tatarstan, replicated by the Nizhny Novgorod region. The service allows one to send an application and documents online and get a micro-loan twice as fast.

In addition, this year the republic launched a digital online service for business lending – "Guarantee Stream" – this is the first experience in Russia of online lending under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund. The service allows entrepreneurs to get a loan within 2 working days. The guarantee of the Fund allows you to attract financing at the lowest interest rate in the online lending segment.

The forum will also discuss the manufacturers' access to electronic platforms. Currently, the e-commerce market is recognized as one of the most relevant sales channels for products.
