Plan to create a new industrial park "Kisher" in the Rybno-Slobodsky district

Today, a delegation of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by Deputy Minister of the Department Ravil Sirazeev visited the enterprises and companies of the Rybno-Slobodsky district on a working visit.  

The visit began with a visit to "CLARIUS", OOO. The company is engaged in breeding African catfish. Production capacities allow processing up to 2 tons of raw materials per shift, including 50% of fish of own production and 50% of river and other aquaculture farms of the republic. The company was given advice on the support mechanisms operating in the republic – preferential microfinance for various business purposes, including the expansion of production and the purchase of necessary equipment.

After the delegation members examined – Russian Marble, AO Agroindustrial Complex – the budget-forming enterprises of the district  The company started the implementation of the project for the production of premium marbled beef in the Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district in 2012. The plant consists of two workshops – slaughtering and cutting and processing of meat. The workshops are equipped with the latest equipment of the latter. High-tech production allows you to create all the conditions for the sterility of the meat production process, as well as to introduce a maturation technology that allows you to improve the properties of the product.

The company pays great attention to working with large federal retailers and local chain stores, such as: X5 Retail, Magnit, Lenta, OKEY, Vester, Mosmart, Seventh Continent, Monetka, Polushka, and is interested in developing and expanding the network of regional distributors.     

The next point of the delegation's visit was the confectionery factory "Kisher". In 2020, construction and installation works at the production site were completed, and the company also plans to create an industrial park. A land plot has already been formed for an industrial park. In the future, in order to provide the raw material base of the enterprise, it is planned to create its own agricultural production. To date, contractual relations with chain stores have been built. During the visit, the prospects of creating an industrial park were discussed, a consultation was held on a new set of support measures for residents and management companies of infrastructure facilities with a load of less than 70%, implemented by the Ministry of Economy. 

The visit of the working group ended with a visit to the eco-park "Wild Farm". The social private project is a unique complex of the ecotourism sphere. Picturesque protected areas with rich flora and fauna, where wild animals live in a completely natural environment for themselves, and are protected at the state level. To date, this is the only space where more than two hundred red-book spotted deer and Altai marals live in their natural environment. 

A three-storey guest house is at the stage of commissioning, work is underway on the construction of bath complexes in the form of hexagonal log cabins. The company was also given advice on the mechanisms of business support operating in the republic.
