The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the working group via videoconference

A new measure of support for small and medium-sized enterprises, the situation with drought in the republic and the growth reserves of the Laishevsky district were discussed by members of the working group on ensuring sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan during a weekly meeting via videoconference.

Before proceeding to the agenda, the meeting participants were informed that the Government of the Russian Federation had decided to allocate 500 million rubles to reimburse small and medium-sized enterprises for the cost of the bank commission for using the fast payment system paid from July 1 to December 31, 2021.

In the first week of each new month, the bank connected to the system will transmit to the Ministry of Economic Development data on the number of SME transactions and the commission paid. Then, within 20 working days, the money for compensation is transferred to the bank. After that, within five days, he is to transfer them to entrepreneurs.

The adopted decision will allow businesses to save on payments for servicing non-cash payments, and will additionally stimulate SMEs to connect to the fast payment system.

Also, during the meeting, they told about the presentation of grants to urban and rural settlements, inter-budget transfers based on the results of the "The Best territorial public Self-Government" competition.

The first issue on the agenda was the situation that has developed in the republic due to the drought, which is affecting the harvest. Representatives of the Kukmorsky, Cheremshansky, Tukayevsky, Muslyumovsky districts made a report on this topic. The municipalities noted a decrease in the expected volume of gross grain production compared to last year and voiced proposals for new support measures for agricultural enterprises.

As part of the second issue of the agenda, the growth reserves of the Laishevsky municipal district were reviewed.

Albert Myasautov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Laishevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the implementation of measures to ensure the development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Discourses were also delivered by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Committee for Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan on the growth reserves of the Laishevsky District.
