On July 1, the acceptance of applications from businesses under the preferential federal lending program at 3% – "FOT 3.0" ends. Banks have satisfied 399 applications from Tatarstan entrepreneurs in the amount of 1.4 billion rubles.
Let us recall that the program "FOT 3.0" replaced the similar program of the Government of the Russian Federation "FOT 2.0", operating during the pandemic and the restrictive measures caused by it. The implementation of the program will continue until July 1, 2021, so I ask you, colleagues, representatives of the media to assist in informing business about the possibility of receiving federal support, " the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov stressed at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Under the terms of the program, the final rate on a business loan is 3%. The loan is issued for a period of up to 12 months, while during the first half of the year the borrower will not pay the principal and interest on the loan, while in the second half of the year it can be done in equal parts monthly.
Not only small and medium-sized businesses can take part in the program, but also large companies from those industries that have not had time to fully recover – the hotel and restaurant business, the cultural sector, tourism, sports and entertainment. Financing at a preferential rate for micro and small enterprises is carried out according to the main or additional OKVED codes, medium and large – only according to the main one.
The amount of the loan is calculated based on the full-time number of employees working in the organization – the minimum wage (12.792 rubles) for each employee for 12 months. At the same time, the maximum loan amount should not exceed 1 million rubles. The loan agreement must be concluded by July 1.
